Planning is not a linear process, but generally we begin with analyzing the current state of things and assess what is working and what is not. Then we conduct an environmental scan and possibly a competitor analysis. Next we develop a stretch vision for the future and sub-teams build the specific action plans with attention to possible obstacles.

Each session is different and is customized to the needs of the team or organization.
