Del has more than 25 years of experience in business and management consulting, helping clients with strategy, change management, technology, process redesign and organizational development. As a former partner at Deloitte Consulting, Del successfully helped clients plan and implement change around people, process and technology. He has extensive industry experience in energy, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications and manufacturing. He earned his B.A. Degree at San Jose State University. Del is certified in Predictive Index® and Customer-Focused Selling™ as an analyst, trainer and consultant.
