The Predictive Index™ is a powerful tool that teaches you how to hire the right people for the right jobs and introduce new leaders or team members to your organization.

 

Predictive Index Management Workshop™
There’s nothing more powerful or rewarding to a leader than getting the right people into the right jobs doing the right things.

This workshop will help you understand employee behavior and show you how to direct to improve results. Participants will learn to master the approach and analytical tools of the Predictive Index® which will enable them to drive the daily performance of their organization. Companies apply the Predictive Index® to increase sales, improve customer service, decrease costs, and to enhance job satisfaction.

• Prerequisite: Company must be a Predictive Index® client in good standing.

Advanced Predictive Index Performance Requirement Option™ (PRO).
This one-day workshop delves deeper into the capabilities of PI® and how to apply them in your business. Using complex, real-life examples from your company, you gain a greater understanding of your people. You’ll learn how to drive performance while creating a more positive and engaging work environment.

• Who should attend: Leaders, managers, organizational development consultants.

• Prerequisite: Predictive Index Management Workshop™, minimum six months using Predictive Index®.

 

Management Workshops
Behavioral Interviewing
Increase your new hire selection success rate by learning how to identify candidates that fit the job best. This workshop incorporates behavioral interviewing techniques along with the Predictive Index®, so that hiring managers can increase their selection success into the 90%+ level.

• Who should attend: Hiring managers
• Prerequisite: Predictive Index Management Workshop™.

Change Management
Learn and understand the phases of change and how to lead and manage the change effort. The instructor works with your specific challenges to customize the information so that is applicable to your situation.

• Who should attend: Leadership teams who are planning or in the process of leading a significant change effort for their company
• Prerequisite: None.

Coaching for Results
One of the most important jobs of executives is coaching and developing the future leaders. This workshop focuses on how to understand the behavioral needs of your high-potentials and how to best prepare them for the greater roles.

Global Team Leadership
Participants of this one and one-half day workshop learn and practice how to improve organizational performance by making business meetings efficient, engaging and purposeful. Learning proven facilitation tools and techniques, participants gain important skills that serve them throughout their careers.

Leading in a 4G World™
Leading multiple generations can be a challenge—and more manager are face with that challenge because for the first time in history, we have four generations in the workplace. This workshop analyzes the differences among the generations and how best to approach and drive performance.

• Who should attend: Leaders managing multiple generations
• Prerequisite: None

Meeting Smart™
Participants of this one and one-half day workshop learn and practice how to improve organizational performance by making business meetings efficient, engaging and purposeful. Learning proven facilitation tools and techniques, participants gain important skills that serve them throughout their careers.

Process Re-engineering
Markets change, customer requirements change, and technologies change, so it makes sense that processes also need to change. Using proven methods, we teach your operational teams methods to conduct process re-engineering efforts in order to achieve the greatest productivity.

Succession Planning
Nothing can be more disruptive to an organization than losing a key person. This workshop is designed to identify and assess key positions, how to fill those positions and how to determine which candidates will be ready in 12, 24, or 36 months from now and how best to prepare them.

Customer-Focused Selling™
This is a one and half to two-day hands-on workshop that transfers real and tangible consultative selling skills. Using the five-step Customer Focused Selling™ process, participants will plan their next selling opportunities and focus on building relationships and achieving sales.

• Who should attend: Sales representatives, customer service representatives, business developers
• Prerequisite: Understand your products and/or services being sold; some experience speaking with or selling to prospects/clients; knowledge of your industry.

Coaching for Sales Growth™
This one-day sales management program helps each manager understand how to coach his/her team to attain/exceed sales goals. This comprehensive program helps the sales manager to leverage the SSAT™ (see Human Capital Analytics) Benchmark results to coach for sales performance improvement. The program transfers the knowledge of a proven coaching model, how to navigate the coaching conversation, what to do when barriers to growth arise, and how to gain long-term change for maximum sales results.
